Bottoms Up Booty Sculpt.

We all love to look good and its no secret a great shaped booty can really add some jazz to your look .

You must have seen the recent big booty trend that’s flooding social platforms.

I’m not a big fan of the big booty craze simply because we all have our own bone structure which defines the shape and size of our tush. The big booty trend has led  some people into doing a few desperate moves like buying padded panties and jeans which is a bit too fake for my liking.


Back to basics I love getting things done the natural way and getting more permanent results . Focusing on your whole body’s fitness whilst incorporating booty sculpting moves is the way to go .I’m in  love with a couple of squat challenges I see online and strongly support people who like getting their booty sculpted. 

Did you know even if you’ve done 100 squats, if you’re not doing them properly, you won’t get results. Your feet should be shoulder width apart, your spine as straight and neutral as possible, and your knees should never pass your toes. Squatting should feel as natural as sitting in a chair.

Here is the correct way to do a basic squat: your  spine should stay neutral, your knees shouldn’t go past your toes and your feet stay flat on the ground.

Ready to, ahem, round out your glute routine? Try these squat variations and butt moves .


My favourite squat variation is the Dumbbell Split Squat – 

(A) Slowly Lower your body as far as you can ,pause then push yourself up as quikly as possible

(B) Switch legs and repeat
