How to naturally grow your breasts.

Yes its possible to naturally grow a cup size or plump up your breasts using exercise & diet.

A lot of women are looking for exercises to increase breast size, as they don’t want to be one of the thousands of women that go through with breast augmentation surgery every year.

Even though you aren’t content with the size of your breasts, you don’t have to go through with surgical procedures to increase your cup size. There are certain exercises that will help you achieve the size and shape you’re looking for in that area.

If you didn’t know your breasts consist mostly of fat. The problem with fat is that it’s not possible to gain fat in just one specific area. If this was possible you could eat fatty foods and all of the fat will go straight to your boobs. For most women fat will go directly to their stomach or thighs.

With all of that being said, exercises don’t increase breast size necessarily as they will only make your chest area look more perky and full. Exercises work by toning up your pectoral muscles, which are muscles that rest right below your breasts. So your goal should be to do exercises that target your pectoral muscles specifically so they can appear larger.

My all time favorite is the wall press !

Wall Press

wall-pushups

Wall presses are performed the same way push ups are, but this exercise requires you to push away from a wall instead of the ground.

  1. To perform you will need to put both feet about 2 feet away from the wall and then put your hands flatly against it at chest height.
  2. Make sure you leave a gap in between your feet that is in line with the width of your shoulders.
  3. Do a rep by gradually leaning into the wall as you bend your arms outward.
  4. Once your nose almost touches the wall hold that position for about 5 seconds before returning to the staring position.
  5. Keep repeating this push up press until you do about 10 to 15 reps. Do about 3 sets of wall press each week to get the best results.

Fenugreek

What Is Fenugreek?

Fenugreek is a herbal plant from India and the Mediterranean area. The seeds derived from this plant has been known to help with a variety of different health problems, especially when it comes to women’s health. If you wanted to know does fenugreek increase breast size the answer is yes.

The way fenugreek helps with breast development is by stimulating your mammary gland, which will help your breast tissue to grow and expand. It’s the phyto-estrogen naturally found in fenugreek that will help increase the level of prolactin (female estrogen) in your body.

How To Use Fenugreek

You can use it in a number of ways. The most common way to use fenugreek to increase breast size is to take herbal tea or herbal capsules. Fenugreek capsules can be found in pretty much any healthy food stores. Take at least 1 capsule each day and then increase the dosage as time goes on.

You can also use fenugreek to make your breast bigger by using it in its liquid herbal extract form. Head to your local health food store and then apply the herbal oil on your breasts as you massage it in. Apply the fenugreek extract by doing a circular motion with your hands around your nipples.

The extract will get absorbed by your body, while the circular motion of the massage will help to increase the amount of blood circulation in the breasts. Getting more blood flow is also a very important factor when it comes to breast enlargement. Keep in mind you’ll need to perform this massage technique a few times daily for about 4 months to experience 1 to 2 cup increase.

However, when you take the fenugreek herbal supplement if you don’t see any improvement within a 6 month period it might be wise to discontinue taking them. Your body isn’t meant to keep such a high level of estrogen because it might cause complications.
